Step 2: Ion- carries nutritious elements for deeper absorption Apply your skin-care nutrients evenly to your face, grip the silver trim area. Press the Ion+ switch. Place the massage head against your face and massage for 5 minutes in circular motion from bottom to top to allow for better absorption of nutrients. Step 3: Photo therapy Press the Light switch to start 590 lights Phototherapy. Hold the device against your face at a distance of 10mm. Move the light back and forth for 10 minutes. Recommended use is two to three times per week and effect will occur after 3 months of continuous use. Use before sleep.
